With so many aesthetic practices in the market and patients seeking out the best deal, customer retention can be difficult in the industry. What are the characteristics of exceptional customer service?  What is the primary interest of the aesthetic patient? How can your team create a consistent emotional connection with your patients during each visit? What does your practice need to do to provide consistent 5 Star customer service? By addressing this series of questions this presentation will give delegates key knowledge on how to provide the service needed to keep their customers loyal and ensure they return time and time again.

Prevention, Recognition and Management of Dermal Filler Complications – what every injector needs to know

In the UK, we have found ourselves in a situation where everyone seems to be injecting. Beauty therapists, paramedics, podiatrists, dental hygienists and others are promoting facial injectables by means that would see medically trained practitioners removed from their respective registers. Anyone injecting dermal fillers should have a full and detailed anatomical knowledge of the face, be able to identify those patients not to inject, and be able to recognise and manage the complications that may occur. This presentation will provide both an overview of a wide range of complications and their management, and also address the occurrence of later onset complications such as nodules and biofilms
